✌️Introduction

A Trial is a way for a candidate to experience our work environment before committing to an internship or a full-time role. It also give us, the company, a chance to determine if a candidate will be a good fit for the role.

We'd offer a Trial only in cases where it makes sense to do so. Which means if, for example, you are still working elsewhere, then a Trial would be difficult for a candidate to take up since for the duration of the trial you'd spend multiple full working days with us.

👩‍💼 What Happens During a Trial?

During this time, you'd be assigned to a manager who'll work closely with you. Your manager will have you work on different things so that you get a taste of what working with us is like and get some idea about the kind of tools and processes and technology that we use on a day to day basis.

As of writing this article, we're still not yet working out of our offices owing to the pandemic. But once we are back in our Bangalore & Mumbai offices, you'll also get a chance to meet the rest of your potential colleagues, have lunch with us, and get a feel for what we're like to hang out with 🕺🏻

🏦 Trials Are Paid

We compensate every Trial Participant whether or not the Trial ends up with the both of us working together for the long term. If you realize midway through the Trial that this isn't for you, then we'll compensate you for however many days you spent with us.

✅ An Example of a Successful Trial

There are different ways to view a Successful Trial. The obvious and most common one is that at the end of the trial, both the candidate and us (the Company) decide that the Trial went well and we roll out an internship or a full-time offer to the candidate.

There's a more interesting way to view a Successful Trial though. Let's take a real example of a candidate that spent a week on trial with us. He had taken a week's leave with his current company so that he could trial with us.
