➛ On the 👩💻Candidate Side: Every 2 weeks, a fresh batch of software engineers, product managers & data scientists are put on showcase. Each candidate is handpicked by our team to ensure that they are 1) great at what they do & 2) ready to interview.
➛ On the 👨💼Employer Side: Companies get access to a dashboard where they browse detailed Candidate Profiles & send out interview requests to the ones they like. Plus, they get a dedicated Account Management team to schedule & coordinate their interviews. They pay only if they hire!
It's fast & simple.
